A thorough clean of an empty or vacated space, with detailed attention to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and general surfaces. Your written scope confirms the tasks, including any appliance or cabinet interiors, so the space is prepared for its next occupant.
When do you clean?
Office cleaning is typically scheduled after hours, in the evenings, to limit disruption. Move-out and turnover cleaning is coordinated around your timeline. We also consider emergency requests, subject to availability.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the service, space, and scope. Recurring office cleaning is quoted by visit and frequency; move-in / move-out and turnover cleaning are quoted per job. After a walkthrough or a conversation about your property, we provide a clear written quote.
Who will be cleaning my space?
Experienced cleaning professionals. We pay our crews fairly and provide benefits to support staff retention, continuity, and familiarity with your space. Crew assignments are coordinated with you.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry Commercial General Liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our crews bring green cleaning products, supplies, and professional HEPA-filtered equipment. Let us know about sensitive surfaces or special product requirements so we can confirm suitability before service.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
We use routine supervisor inspections and client feedback to check quality. Contact us if something needs attention. We review your concern and arrange correction of any missed agreed task without extra charge. Timing and any alternative remedy follow your service agreement.
