Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a cleaning request, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number and company name, message, requested service, preferred appointment date and time, property size and condition, cleaning preferences, and other service details. We also keep request status, estimates, and internal notes needed to manage your inquiry or service.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request details, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Please do not send payment card details, door or alarm codes, or sensitive personal information through our forms.

How we use information

We use customer information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, review and schedule cleaning requests, provide services, send service updates, maintain business records, and protect our website against abuse. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to advertising emails or text messages.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website and Cloudflare D1 to store inquiries and cleaning requests. When email delivery is configured, we use Resend to send acknowledgments, appointment updates, and notifications to our team. These providers process information needed to perform those services. If calendar synchronization is enabled, we use Google Workspace Calendar to organize booking requests. The selected private calendar receives the customer name, email address, optional phone number, requested service, preferred date and time, service details, estimate, and request status. Authorized team members may access information needed to respond to you and deliver your service.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website analytics and cookies

If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance, including page visits, referring websites, browser and device categories, and load timing. Cloudflare describes this service as using no analytics cookies or local storage and no tracking of individuals across websites. We do not send form contents, customer names, email addresses, or phone numbers to the analytics service.

Our optional website analytics component checks Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals before loading. It does not itself apply a geographic exclusion. We do not use advertising pixels or remarketing trackers. Hosting, security, or administrator sign-in services may use cookies necessary for their operation. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form submissions. It may process technical browser and device information to perform security checks. We also temporarily limit form requests using the connection IP address; this is used for abuse prevention rather than advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the information and its purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to provide optional information. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask a privacy question, email info@vvipercleaning.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required by law or for legitimate business needs. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Children and policy updates

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.
